The Negotiations program forms a comprehensive approach to negotiations, which constitute a daily practice for modern businesses.

The program covers the basic rules of “engaging” in a negotiation, the factors that could affect it as well as various issues that a modern employee may be called to deal with. Different tactics will be analyzed through a series of examples and exercises, while special emphasis will be put on win-win negotiations.
