The smooth advancement of an employee to a management position in the company requires the development of certain additional skills. This need is met with the “Essential Management Skills” program whose primary aim is the identification of the common issues that are raised at first-level management. The development of basic management skills and the discussion of suggestions and solutions that fit individual styles form the first part of the program. Due to the particular nature of first-level management, participants will study the skills and characteristics of team management, while practical issues regarding time management will be analyzed, in combination with stress management, since such a feeling goes hand in hand with increased duties and responsibility.

The advancement of a manager to a higher ranking position requires the development of certain additional skills that are deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the entire team. This need is met by the “Advanced Management Skills” program aiming at indentifying, on one hand, the complexity of issues raised at a higher level management and on the other, the distance between the one who takes a decision and the other who is responsible to put it into practice.
This is why it is necessary that one should develop complex management skills, including the ability to identify and develop a group of partners and communication within the entire team.

In addition, the development of leadership skills as well as the management of conflicts and their repercussions must be addressed – conflicts that may derive from a manager’s direct or indirect decisions. The further enhancement of financial knowledge at a performance assessment and decision taking level is essential and it is combined with the latest theory regarding the planning and monitoring of the management’s budget, which constitutes a tool for the company’s strategy implementation.
